There’s nothing more annoying – especially when you’re on your phone – than trying to click on a website item that should be clickable & it’s not.     The next step is usually to scroll away from that website entirely, due to frustration – which the modern, overwrought consumer can acquire in abundance, when trying to acquire a product or service online . So, first off: if your law firm website is not ‘mobile-friendly ’, clear that up right away .   That’s where most searches take place these days, on mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets.     Next, move quickly making sure all of the clickable content is actually clickable – like phone numbers .  Click-to-call should practically be a guarantee on modern websites.     Email addresses and maps should be clickable, as well .  Plus, all intake and contact forms should be clickable, to boot .  Add to that any buttons and dropdown menus.     This sort of thing ...
