Click to Call Ain't All: Make Sure Your Website Buttons Work

There’s nothing more annoying – especially when you’re on your phone – than trying to click on a website item that should be clickable & it’s not.

The next step is usually to scroll away from that website entirely, due to frustration – which the modern, overwrought consumer can acquire in abundance, when trying to acquire a product or service online.

So, first off: if your law firm website is not ‘mobile-friendly’, clear that up right away.  That’s where most searches take place these days, on mobile devices, like smartphones and tablets.

Next, move quickly making sure all of the clickable content is actually clickable – like phone numbersClick-to-call should practically be a guarantee on modern websites.

Email addresses and maps should be clickable, as wellPlus, all intake and contact forms should be clickable, to bootAdd to that any buttons and dropdown menus.

This sort of thing represents minimum viable performance for a modern law firm website.

Does yours qualify?  Or, am I pressing your buttons?
