The Find Out Stage: AI Comes for Chrome

Artificial intelligence continues to be embedded everywhere; and, many people are using lots of artificial intelligence tools, without even being aware of it.  AI is in your software, on your television, in your car, and elsewhere. 

 

With AI, there’s always a next frontier.  The latest next frontier is the browser. 

 

Web browsers have always been a matter of choice.  Personally, I’ve migrated from Netscape Navigator to Internet Explorer to Mozilla Firefox to Google Chrome.  I’ve also dabbled in Safari on Apple devices, as well as Duck Duck Go, for privacy. 


 

But now, there’s a browser available like you’ve never seen before. 

 

OpenAI has announced the release of its Atlas browser, initially available for Mac – with Windows, iOS and Android on the way.  It’s exactly what you think it is: a web browser infused with AI & lawyers are already contacting me about some crazy use cases, that they’re experimenting with. 

 

Expect a flood of similar experiences, including Chrome with Gemini & Explorer with CoPilot, to come down the pipe.

Trust Me, Bro: It's Time to Dig Deeper Into Vendor Contracts
