No Contact Order: Website Contact Forms are a Black Hole If You Don't Do This One Thing

At this point, pretty much every website has contacts forms – or, should. Now, in most cases, those contact forms are pretty open-ended, in the sense that, anyone wanting to contact your law firm, for any reason, could complete one. In some cases, folks are fine to wait to hear from you . But, that’s not always the case. Leads are going to want you to get back to them, more or less right away; and, if you don’t: they’re going to go try to find another attorney. Referral sources may be more likely to call you, or email – but, those using a contact form, may exhibit the same level of impatience.
